Arrival - Welcome drink: Fizz or Beer

Starters - Scottish salmon and prosecco parfait or burrata bocconcini with rocket and sun blushed tomatoes and balsamic glaze

Main - Steak medallion, dauphinoise potatoes, red wine reduction, tenderstem broccoli and green beans.

Dessert - Mini cheesecake, mini creme brulee and mini chocolate brownie

4:30pm - Petit fours and scones with cream and jam
